Policies & Procedures

Welcome to DustBusters Cleaning

At DustBusters Cleaning, our utmost priority is tending to your home and business cleaning needs to grant you peace of mind and cherished moments with your loved ones. To ensure a seamless and delightful cleaning experience, please take note of the following guidelines:

1. Preparation for Your Cleaning Appointment:


  • Before our arrival, kindly declutter the areas designated for cleaning. Any spaces with excessive clutter during the cleaning session will regrettably be omitted.


2. Expectations from Your Cleaning:


  1.  Our cleaning services offer meticulously detailed packages for residential needs. Please note that first time professional cleanings will be slightly higher in price than subsequent prices. Our packages are amazing at providing a comprehensive breakdown of included services upon selection. For customization or additional services, please notify us in advance for proper scheduling.
  2. In the commercial and post-construction spheres, our tailored packages ensure specific cleaning needs are met. Communicate any unique requirements beforehand for a personalized and professional cleaning service.

3. Accepted Forms of Payment:


  • For your convenience, we strongly recommend setting up automatic credit or debit card payments, ensuring a seamless transaction at the time of service. Email notifications will be sent for each charge. Alternatively, we accept cash (enclosed in an envelope with your name), Zelle. Payment is due upon service completion.


4. Can I Tip Your Cleaners?


  • Our dedicated cleaners invest significant effort in their work. If you feel inclined to appreciate their hard work, tipping is greatly appreciated but not a requirement.


5. Cancellation Policy:


  • Life's unforeseen circumstances are understood.  Should you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly notify us at least before 5pm on the day before your cleaning. Failure to do so will result in a $30 deep clean fee for subsequent monthly appointments that require rescheduling and or cancelling before 5pm on the day prior to you scheduled cleaning.


6. Routine Cleaning Schedule:


  • Weekly: Scheduled for the same day and time each week.
  • Biweekly: Scheduled for the same day and time every two weeks.
  • Monthly: Scheduled on the same day and time every four weeks.


Please allow a one-hour arrival time window for all cleanings. For example, if your cleaning is scheduled for 11:30 AM, our arrival window will be from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM. While we strive for punctuality, unforeseen circumstances may arise. There might be instances when we arrive early. If your schedule isn't flexible, kindly inform us in advance.

8. Hours of Operation:

We operate from Monday to Friday, between 8 AM and 6 PM. Non-emergency calls and texts outside these hours will be attended to on the following business day. In case of emergencies, please notify us, and we'll promptly respond. We are closed on most federally recognized holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day). Cleanings scheduled on holidays will be rescheduled or skipped, with deep cleaning fees applied for rescheduled appointments.

9. Insurance and Employee Screening:

Yes, we are an insured and bonded company. We conduct comprehensive background checks on all our employees to ensure your peace of mind and security.

10. Vaccination Policy:

While we strongly encourage vaccination among our employees, we respect that it is a personal choice. Should you have any concerns or questions regarding this matter, please feel free to discuss it with us.

11. Pet Policy:

Recognizing that pets are integral family members, we kindly request that during cleaning appointments, your pets are situated comfortably in a separate area. Some furry friends might feel uneasy with unfamiliar individuals in their space.

12. Referral Program:

We highly value referrals! For every referral you provide, enjoy $10 off your next cleaning. Make sure they mention your name and those refferals can add up! Additionally, positive reviews are greatly appreciated, and for each glowing review you leave, receive $10 off as well.

13. Smoking Policy:

For the comfort of our cleaners and to maintain a fresh environment, we kindly request refraining from smoking during our service in your home.
